Job Title: Probate Paralegal
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Probate Paralegal to join our client to support their Trusts & Estates practice in the Deerfield Beach, FL area. This direct-hire position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys, clients, and court systems while handling probate and estate administration from start to finish. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and is eager to contribute to delivering accurate, timely, and client-focused legal services.
 

Compensation:
$80,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience
 

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours
 

Key Responsibilities of the Probate Paralegal:
• Prepare probate pleadings and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements.
• Manage estate administration tasks, including marshalling and distributing assets.
• Draft, proofread, and e-file legal documents, deeds, and correspondence.
• Maintain client files, coordinate document signings, and safeguard confidential information.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information, provide updates, and support case progression.
• Assist with estate and gift tax filings, including IRS Forms 706 and 709.
• Track billable hours and generate reports as needed.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Probate Paralegal:
• 3+ years of probate experience in a law firm setting.
• Hands-on experience with estate and gift tax matters, including asset distribution.
• Strong drafting and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in electronic filing systems and legal document recording.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional client service mindset.
