Job Title: Sales & Executive Support Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sales & Executive Support Specialist to join our client to provide high-level administrative and operational support that strengthens client relationships and enhances executive efficiency. This role combines elements of sales coordination, client management, and executive assistance, ensuring smooth communication and follow-through across business initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and play a key role in optimizing processes, managing critical information, and supporting leadership in achieving organizational goals. This is a direct-hire, onsite position based in Deerfield Beach, FL.
Compensation:
$65,000 – $75,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Sales & Executive Support Specialist:
• Coordinate and manage B2B sales operations, including CRM updates, tracking opportunities, and assisting with proposals and presentations to support business growth.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication, timely responses, and smooth onboarding and project delivery.
• Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and preparation of meeting materials and reports.
• Maintain organized systems for tracking priorities, managing tasks, and ensuring critical projects move forward efficiently.
• Handle sensitive correspondence and documentation with the utmost professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Assist in special initiatives, events, and marketing activities to further enhance client engagement and business visibility.
Qualifications and Skills for the Sales & Executive Support Specialist:
• 3+ years of experience in executive support, administrative, or sales coordination roles, ideally within a B2B environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused, professional demeanor.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and maintain discretion when handling sensitive information.
• A degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is equally valued.
