Account Executives

Two results-driven job-seekers that are talented in sales and experience in customer service are needed for a Direct Hire Account Executive position in Exton, PA! As the Account Executive, you will primarily be responsible for the preservation and expansion of the company’s culture-focused customer base.

 This position offers an annual salary of $50K - $60K/yr. + commission averaging a total compensation of around $90k - $100k/yr.

Responsibilities of the Account Executive include:

  • Supporting organizations participating in the Top Workplaces program to launch a successful employee survey and ensure a positive experience throughout the process

  • Communicating survey results to participating organizations, whether or not they are named a Top Workplace

  • Determining client needs for data and provide helpful information about the results packages that meet those needs

  • Developing long-term relationships with clients and encourage organizations to continue their culture path through the use of our software products and services

  • Thinking beyond a quick transactional sale and listening for customers challenges than design a plan to help solve their problems

  • Prospecting into your customer base, we will provide leads through our SDR function, additional prospecting a navigation named accounts will be your responsibility

Required Qualifications :
Requirements of the Account Executive:

  • Relevant inside sales and/or field sales experience

  • A strong desire to help clients improve workplace culture

  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft® Office® suite and modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Chorus.ai, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc.)

  • Proven Success - you hate to lose and hold yourself accountable to exceeding your personal targets regardless of what your quota is

  • Passion for Service - a true sales professional that understands selling is serving and knows that by putting your customer first, your sales success will follow

  • Data-driven - you understand what makes you and your customers successful and seeks to replicate

  • Seek to communicate effectively in whichever channel your customer prefers (email, phone, video, social, chat, text, etc.)

  • A willingness to be a helpful, open-minded, and valuable team member
