Responsibilities of the Call Center Supervisor include:
- Managing the performance of call center agents, including hiring, developing, coaching, and evaluating.
- Scheduling agents to ensure maximum performance.
- Identifying areas of opportunity in personnel to include: training, new business and service opportunities, and more
- Work with team leads and the call center manager to ensure client and customer success.
- Managing Call Center Agents to KPI’s.
- At least 2 or more years of sales leadership experience
- Minimum of 1 or more years of training/coaching experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
