HR Advisor (Hybrid)
An experienced Human Resources professional is needed to join our client for a remote position in Blue Bell, PA! As the HR Advisor, you will primarily be responsible for providing a range of HR support services to internal customers. This Direct-Hire position offers up to $30/HR!
Responsibilities of the HR Advisor Include:
- Onboarding new employees.
- Provide responses to and guidance on all HR processes and policies, from new starter, right through the employee life cycle to leaver process.
- Gathering employment contracts.
- Advising employees and managers on all HR issues up to agreed point of escalation to HR Managers
- Performing and processing terminations.
- Working closely with Payroll.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years' experience
- I-9 experience
- Experience with Workday
- Experience with data, Excel and running reports
