Junior Sales Assistant's

As the Junior Sales Assistant, you will primarily be responsible for completing an initial check list to assist our Senior Account Managers. Completing this check list allows you to thoroughly learn the industry and set a great foundation to grow in their career. This temp-to-hire position is offering $15/an HR.


Our client company is a national leader in the mortgage industry, serving customers in almost all 50 states! They offer lending services and mortgage products, which include Ginnie Mae, HUD, VA, and they pride themselves on their expertise, competitive rates, and excellent customer service. 


Responsibilities of the Junior Sales Assistant include:

  • Reviewing new loans and ensures all order outs have been completed and are on track for delivery

  • Monitoring receipt of conditions and assists the account manager in condition review

  • Making calls to third party vendors to follow up on conditions, confirm closing times, follow up on files that have been stopped in the intake process in order to keep them moving

  • Assisting Account Manager in their daily functions

  • Reviewing the system against documentation for data integrity issues and corrects as appropriate

  • Receiving and reviewing title work, homeowner’s insurance and may receive and review additional documents as requested

  • Communicating with brokers to obtain necessary conditions

  • Responding to customer requests for miscellaneous documents

Required Qualifications :


  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 1 year of mortgage experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Candidate must be able to multi-task

  • Must be able to work under pressure and independently

  • Extremely detail oriented

  • Organized

  • Professional

  • Great written and verbal communication skills

  • Mortgage experience preferred but not required
