Property Manager - FL CAM License NOT required!
A Property Manager is needed for our client in Cape Coral, FL! As the Property Manager, you will primarily be responsible for maintaining great customer service while also negotiating lease terms, facilitating rent collections, and posting notices. This direct-hire opportunity offers $50k/year!
Responsibilities of the Property Manager Include:
- Managing occupancy for multiple units
- Inspecting properties
- Facilitating timely lease renewals
- Educating residents on Move-In and Move-Out Procedures
- Posting notices when needed
- Managing weekly and monthly reports
- Following Section 8 and HUD Regulations
Required Qualifications :
Requirements of the Property Manager Include:
- 2+ Years experience as Property Manager
- Reliable Vehicle and Driver's License
- Strong knowledge of Section 8 and HUD Regulations
- Experience with PropertyWare software preferred
- Active FL Real Estate License preferred
- Ability to handle portfolio of 150-200 Single Family Homes
