An experienced professional is needed for a Quality Assurance Manager REMOTE role in Philadelphia, PA! As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will primarily be responsible for leading the strategic agency efforts in support of quality improvement. This Direct-Hire role starts at $60k annually!
Provides overall supervision, support, technical guidance, leadership and drives collaboration to a team of analysts to ensure efficiency and team supports are consistently driving impactful results to the organization
Works with key staff to recommend data, technology and system architecture as necessary
Responsible for oversight of the collection of data to ensure that data is collected and organized to allow for an efficient and in-depth research and reporting.
Oversees the ongoing monitoring and analysis of quality measurement standards and compliance indicators for agency programs.
Responsible for overseeing the audits of agency data using standardized instruments to assess accuracy and timeliness of activity, documentation, and billings.
Provides feedback and recommendations from audits to appropriate staff and stakeholders and makes clear and impactful recommendations
Presents accurate and timely summaries for executive management that provide consolidated, clear and concise assessments of implementation status and programs outcome.
Leads and manages related projects and appropriate agency initiatives.
- Degree in Business, Social Work, or other related degree
- 5-8 years knowledge and experience in continuous quality improvement
- Previous experience leading a team and presenting high level information to senior level staff and management
- Experience in developing analytical approaches to find solutions in an effort to strengthen organizational operations
