Customer Service Representative
Our client is seeking a customer service professional to join their team in Mount Laurel, NJ! The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise. This exciting Temporary-to-Permanent position is offering up to $22/hr!
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:
Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Providing accurate information about products and services
Handling and resolving customer complaints, escalating to higher-level support if necessary
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge
Working collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Participating in training and development programs to improve performance and customer service skills
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative include:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Experience in Dental/Medical technology industry is a plus
