Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking an Order Services Representative to join our client for a remote opportunity. This temporary role offers $25-$28/hour! The Order Services Representative plays a critical role in ensuring seamless service for our customers by managing and processing orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. This is a remote position, reporting to the Order Services Manager, and requires exceptional communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders received through various channels (EDI, email, phone), ensuring accuracy and adherence to production schedules and lead times.
  • Communicate updates regarding order or shipping delays and adjust orders as needed to meet customer requirements.
  • Proactively address and resolve challenges related to logistics, production, quality, and other customer concerns.
  • Maintain assigned customer accounts by promptly responding to inquiries, gathering relevant information, and providing thorough solutions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, optimize processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with organizational objectives and policies.
  • Ensure accurate and clear documentation of communications, orders, and resolutions.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage competing demands to deliver excellent customer service.

Required:
  • Associate’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in basic math and computer applications.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
