Subrogation Paralegal

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Subrogation Paralegal to join our client for a direct hire, hybrid opportunity in Philadelphia, PA! As the Subrogation Paralegal, you will support an active insurance litigation practice by providing comprehensive paralegal assistance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in case management, document preparation, and client communication. This opportunity starts at $55,000/year depending on experience!

Responsibilities of the Subrogation Paralegal Include:

• Assist attorneys in handling subrogation cases, including document preparation, file organization, and case tracking.
• Conduct research and draft summaries to support legal proceedings.
• Manage electronic filings in federal and state courts with attention to deadlines and procedural accuracy.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and court staff via phone and email.
• Maintain a large volume of case files with a focus on detail and timely updates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation or insurance litigation experience (3-10 years of total experience preferred).
• Paralegal Certification from an ABA-approved program.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; experience with case management software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
