Job Title: QA Coordinator (Client Services)
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a QA Coordinator (Client Services) to join our client to support high-quality prior authorization processing and ensure accurate, efficient customer experiences. In this role, you’ll work within specialized systems to map forms, process faxes, and maintain consistent documentation that enables smooth workflows across the team. You will contribute to process improvements, strengthen backend build accuracy, and support the delivery of reliable solutions for prescribers and customers. This is a full-time, remote contract position.
Compensation:
$16/hour
Work Schedule:
40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with general availability needed between 3:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. CST.
Prior Authorization Processing & System Navigation
Learn and operate within internal platforms to support the full prior authorization build process, including mapping forms and completing fax-related tasks through designated software.
Quality Assurance & Documentation Accuracy
Maintain consistency across all prior authorization records by following team standards, documenting tasks clearly, and ensuring high-quality, error-free work.
Workflow Management & Task Prioritization
Organize daily responsibilities by priority, manage shifting workloads, complete assignments on time, and adapt efficiently to changing needs.
Collaboration, Communication & Process Improvement
Engage with team members when direction is unclear, seek feedback, share improvement ideas, and contribute to a more seamless experience for prescribers and customers.
Subject Matter Expertise Development
Grow into a knowledgeable resource on backend processes, gaining the ability to speak confidently about system capabilities and team workflows.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate new systems and learn quickly.
Comfortable working independently while also contributing within a collaborative team environment.
High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, consistent work.

Experience in the medical or healthcare space is helpful, though not required.
