Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage mailing labels for document packages, ensuring timely delivery and tracking.
Validate executed documents for accuracy, completeness, and notarization, then submit for management approval.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize and summarize incoming data (Excel format) from various IT sources, integrating into master tracking logs.
Ensure all necessary items from checklists or troubleshooting guides are collected and accurately tracked.
Communicate with internal and external parties to gather missing information and confirm checklist items.
Maintain and update spreadsheets, providing progress reports on cases and investigations.
Assist with technical reports, ongoing investigations, and failed hardware part collections.
Support hands-on hardware/software tests and assist with ad-hoc requests, including generating KPI reports and custom Excel tasks.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to quickly learn IT systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, sorting, filtering).
Effective communication skills for email and phone interactions.
Willingness to learn about infotainment devices and wireless technologies.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Experience in data management, collaboration, and IT support, with 2+ years preferred.

Qualifications:
