Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Claims Intake Specialist to join our client for a remote opportunity (must be located in eastern standard time)! The Claims Intake Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring all claims received are entered accurately in our Claims System with all coordinating documentation saved properly to member files. This contract opportunity is offering $18/HR!

Manually enter claims daily.

Attach correct supporting documentation.

Ensure accuracy of work product.

Learn and properly utilize proprietary software programs essential to support the job function.

Meet daily production goals and performance objectives.

Take on roles and responsibilities as assigned by manager in a positive and effective manner.

Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
Requirements of the Claims Intake Specialist include:

High school or GED required
-
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with limited supervision.

Demonstrate a commitment to building new skills and fostering a positive work environment.

Experience in healthcare and/or the insurance industry is a plus
