Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Claims Intake Specialist to join our client for a remote opportunity (candidates based in the eastern time zone are preferred). As a Claims Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering all claims received into our Claims System and ensuring that all corresponding documentation is properly saved to member files. This Contract opportunity offers $18/Hour!

Manually enter claims on a daily basis.

Attach the correct supporting documentation to each claim.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of work.

Learn and effectively use proprietary software programs essential for the job.

Meet daily production goals and performance objectives.

Take on additional roles and responsibilities as assigned by the manager in a positive and effective manner.

Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with limited supervision.

Commitment to building new skills and fostering a positive work environment.

Experience in healthcare and/or the insurance industry is a plus.
