This permanent opportunity offers $22/Hour + commissions! his position focuses on engaging prospective clients through outbound and inbound calls, providing a consultative approach to sales, and promoting the unique value of our products and services. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and unique features of our offerings.

Manage inbound call activity, respond to inquiries, and document interactions within our CRM system.

Utilize effective listening and consultative sales techniques to assess client needs and align our products or services as solutions.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring all pertinent information is documented and stored within the CRM.

Collaborate with management to escalate any concerns or issues and identify areas for improvement in sales tactics.

Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and company updates to enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is advantageous.

Minimum of one year of experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information clearly and persuasively.

Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with call center software is beneficial.
