Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our client and play a vital role in supporting their legal operations. This hybrid, direct-hire position, based in Philadelphia, PA, focuses on providing comprehensive litigation support, primarily within insurance defense matters including asbestos, property damage, and insurance coverage.

Compensation:

• $65,000 annually

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, normal business hours
• Hybrid schedule with partial remote flexibility

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Paralegal:

• Assist with all phases of litigation, with a strong focus on discovery
• Draft legal documents including motions and pleadings
• Organize and manage case files and supporting documentation
• Perform legal research and analyze case materials
• Collaborate with attorneys and other legal staff to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in case management systems

Qualifications and Skills for the Personal Injury Paralegal:

• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or Bachelor’s degree with paralegal certification strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury or insurance defense experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proactive and capable of handling a high-volume caseload independently
• Proficiency in legal research and case analysis
• Experience with case management software is a plus
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach
