Job Title: Corporate Paralegal

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our client and play a vital role in supporting their legal operations. This temporary-to-hire position is based onsite in Audubon, PA, and focuses on supporting a wide range of litigation matters, including product liability, commercial disputes, employment claims, intellectual property issues, and regulatory investigations.

Compensation:

  • $40–$42/hour

Work Schedule:

  • Standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Paralegal:

  • Assist with managing various litigation cases from inception through resolution.
  • Coordinate with external counsel on discovery processes, document collection, and litigation holds.
  • Organize and maintain legal files, pleadings, and correspondence in line with departmental protocols.
  • Conduct internal investigations, including employee interviews, document reviews, and summary reports.
  • Handle subpoena responses, regulatory inquiries, records requests, and internal fact-gathering efforts.
  • Oversee document production efforts to ensure legal compliance.
  • Track case-related deadlines and maintain litigation calendars.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather data and develop case responses.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of litigation protocols and best practices. 
  • Monitor litigation budgets, track legal spending, and assist with invoice reviews.

Qualifications and Skills for the Corporate Paralegal:

  • Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certification, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, including 2 years in a corporate or law firm environment.
  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and court rules.
  • Proven experience responding to subpoenas and managing document requests.
  • Familiarity with legal technology and eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, CounselLink, CaseMap, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written communication and analytical abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
