Job Title: Events & Operations Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Events & Operations Coordinator to join our client and play a vital role in supporting day-to-day sales, marketing, and administrative operations. This onsite, direct-hire position based in Boca Raton, FL, focuses on managing CRM systems, preparing client-facing materials, supporting event coordination, and ensuring office workflows run efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances multiple priorities with ease, and brings strong organizational and communication skills to the team.

Compensation:

  • $60,000 – $75,000 per year, based on experience

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Events & Operations Coordinator:

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client activity, deal tracking, and data cleanup
  • Prepare and manage project materials such as presentations, update packets, and contracts for e-signature
  • Oversee company app content including onboarding, job setup, and user access
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including registration, travel, shipping, and vendor management
  • Track event-related tasks using project management tools and calendars
  • Assist in responding to RFPs and creating client-facing templates
  • Manage office inventory and supply ordering
  • Support front desk tasks and general office operations
  • Handle CEO expense reporting and approval processes
  • Organize weekly office engagements and manage marketing inventory
  • Coordinate new hire marketing items and distribute business cards

Qualifications and Skills for the Events & Operations Coordinator:

  • Prior experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, DocuSign, Monday.com)
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments
  • Discreet and professional in handling confidential information
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
