Job Title: Center Administrator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Center Administrator to lead the daily operations of an Adult Day Program dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities and memory care needs. This onsite, direct-hire position, based in Georgetown, DE, offers a unique opportunity to combine leadership, clinical support, and administrative oversight in a meaningful care environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in nursing, strong supervisory experience, and a desire to positively impact participants and their families.

Compensation:

  • $55,000 – $80,000/year

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Center Administrator:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the center to ensure efficient, high-quality care
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team including CNAs, a Nurse, and an Activity Coordinator
  • Support intake processes and serve as a point of contact for participant families
  • Handle marketing and outreach initiatives to promote program visibility
  • Ensure services meet regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Manage financial and administrative aspects of the program
  • Serve as a nursing backup when the lead Nurse is unavailable
  • Complete reporting and maintain required documentation

Qualifications and Skills for the Center Administrator:

  • LPN or RN license required
  • Leadership experience in a healthcare setting (e.g., Charge Nurse, Shift Lead)
  • Bachelor’s degree in health, social services, or related field preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or memory care
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience (2–3 years preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and manage administrative functions
