Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our client in supporting a dynamic and fast-paced operation. This onsite, permanent/direct-hire position based in King of Prussia, PA, will serve as a key HR advisor to business leaders, providing consultative guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
Compensation:
Up to $125,000/year, with bonus opportunities and stock options
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:
Act as a strategic business partner to assigned departments, offering solutions that align with organizational goals
Provide expertise across core HR areas including employee relations, performance management, compensation, leadership development, and compliance
Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with recruitment teams and department leads to define hiring strategies
Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives
Advising managers on employee coaching, career development, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Conduct complex employee relations investigations with objectivity and discretion
Ensure adherence to HR policies and employment law while recommending updates as needed
Champion change management and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture
Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to deliver seamless support to employees and leadership
Qualifications and Skills for the Human Resources Manager:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functional areas
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence leadership
Proficiency in Workday or other HRIS systems preferred
Familiarity with the medical device or highly regulated industries is a plus
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information professionally
Excellent project management and communication skills
Ability to travel up to 10%
Comfort working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
