Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our client in supporting a dynamic and fast-paced operation. This onsite, permanent/direct-hire position based in King of Prussia, PA, will serve as a key HR advisor to business leaders, providing consultative guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness.

Compensation:
  • Up to $125,000/year, with bonus opportunities and stock options

Work Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:
  • Act as a strategic business partner to assigned departments, offering solutions that align with organizational goals
  • Provide expertise across core HR areas including employee relations, performance management, compensation, leadership development, and compliance
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with recruitment teams and department leads to define hiring strategies
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives
  • Advising managers on employee coaching, career development, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Conduct complex employee relations investigations with objectivity and discretion
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and employment law while recommending updates as needed
  • Champion change management and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to deliver seamless support to employees and leadership

Qualifications and Skills for the Human Resources Manager:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functional areas
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence leadership
  • Proficiency in Workday or other HRIS systems preferred
  • Familiarity with the medical device or highly regulated industries is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information professionally
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Comfort working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
