Job Title: Registered Dietitian

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our client to support member well-being through personalized nutritional guidance and collaborative care planning. This temporary, onsite role in Plymouth Meeting, PA focuses on conducting comprehensive assessments, building trust with members, and contributing to an interdisciplinary care team to improve health outcomes. The Dietitian will help drive a holistic, goal-oriented care plan and ensure members receive the right services, education, and follow-up support. You will also contribute to developing nutrition resources and shaping best practices across the organization.

Compensation:
$35–$38/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Dietitian:

  • Conduct in-depth nutritional and health assessments to understand members’ medical history, daily living needs, support systems, and personal goals.
  • Develop individualized care plans that incorporate short- and long-term goals, self-management strategies, and barriers to success.
  • Partner with an interdisciplinary care team to monitor member progress, coordinate services, and adjust plans as needs evolve.
  • Lead and contribute to organizational nutrition programs by creating resources, delivering education, and supporting in-service training for staff and employer groups.
  • Guide nutrition-related policies, wellness initiatives, and specialized meal planning to support consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications and Skills for the Registered Dietitian:

  • A bachelor’s degree in dietetics, nutrition science, or a related field—or equivalent training and experience in the discipline.
  • At least three years of experience providing clinical nutrition care in an acute care, outpatient, community health, or case-management environment.
  • Active credentials as a Registered Dietitian and state licensure as a Dietitian/Nutritionist.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, communication, and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to support members by phone.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities independently, including documenting in electronic health record systems and adapting to changing member needs.
