Job Title: Hybrid Billing Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Hybrid Billing Specialist to join our client to support accurate, timely, and compliant legal billing operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring invoices are prepared, reviewed, and submitted in alignment with firm standards and client specific requirements. The position partners closely with attorneys and internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve processes. This is a permanent, hybrid opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA, with a mix of in office and remote work after training.
Compensation:
$60,000 – $75,000 per year
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Hybrid Billing Specialist:

• Oversee the full billing lifecycle, from pre bill preparation through final invoice submission, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with attorneys to review, revise, and finalize prebills in accordance with client guidelines and firm policies
• Submit invoices through multiple eBilling platforms, research rejections, and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Maintain detailed billing records while monitoring compliance with client specific requirements and deadlines
• Produce and analyze billing reports to identify trends, address issues, and respond to billing related inquiries

Qualifications and Skills for the Hybrid Billing Specialist:

• At least three years of hands on billing experience within a law firm environment
• Proven experience using eBilling systems such as 3E, E Hub, and similar platforms
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, legal accounting systems, and PDF tools
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume workload in a fast paced setting
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with attorneys, staff, and clients
