Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000/year Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities of the National Bankruptcy Paralegal: Manage bankruptcy case activity from intake through resolution, ensuring accurate documentation and timely progression of all matters. Qualifications and Skills for the National Bankruptcy Paralegal: At least three years of experience supporting bankruptcy matters as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar legal support capacity. Background working within a law firm, creditors’ rights practice, mortgage servicing organization, financial services environment, or other setting focused on bankruptcy proceedings. Working knowledge of Federal Bankruptcy Court processes and documentation requirements. Experience utilizing CM/ECF for electronic court filings is strongly preferred. Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and a high-volume caseload. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
