HRIS Analyst  - HYBRID in Wilmington DE, Philadelphia PA or Bryn Mawr, PA




Our client needs a diligent job-seeker for the hybrid HRIS Analyst position. As a HRIS Analyst, your primary responsibility is day-to-day system support, including setup, configuration, security, maintenance, reporting, user support, testing, troubleshooting, and other projects. This Direct Hire position offers up to $120k/year commensurate with experience!


 


Responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst Include:


 



  • Assisting with the implementation of Workday including HCM, Talent Acquisition, Talent Optimization, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, etc.

  • Acting as the subject matter expert for supporting and training end users

  • Troubleshooting and responding to issues and resolving or escalating as appropriate

  • Ensuring prioritization of change requests and evaluating the system-wide impact of any proposed enhancements

  • Performing ongoing maintenance

  • Reviewing enhancement and functionality changes

  • Configuring and testing new enhancements and related changes

  • Managing data integrity including conducting data audits and researching appropriate actions

  • Continuously analyzing internal business processes to ensure optimal configuration

  • Actively participating in Workday Community, customer groups and networking events

  • Acting as the Workday security administrator

  • Assisting with leading implementation activities and projects

  • Serving as a Named Support Contact to log cases

  • Creating and utilizing various types of reports

  • Supporting annual configurations required for benefits open enrollment, compensation planning and performance management

  • Participating in scheduled systems upgrades

  • Escalating issues/risks pro-actively and regularly communicating status and challenges to the appropriate people

  • Performing other projects or responsibilities as assigned


Required Qualifications :

Requirements of the HRIS Analyst Include:


 



  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree

  • Minimum 3+ years Workday experience 

  • Experience in creation and maintenance of Workday Supervisory Organizations, Subordinate Supervisory Organizations, Locations, Company, Cost Centers, Business units and Organizational & Cost Center Hierarchies

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

  • Experience implementing, a major plus

  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
