Legal Recruitment and Professional Development Coordinator
 
Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Recruitment Coordinator to join their team in Wilmington, DE! The Legal Recruitment Coordinator is primarily responsible for the administrative oversight of the firm’s law school recruiting process and the summer associate program. This exciting Direct-Hire opportunity is offering a salary range of $50,000-$75,000/year based on experience! 
 
Responsibilities of the Legal Recruitment Coordinator include:
  • Coordinate with career services personnel at targeted law schools for resume submissions and initial interviews with student candidates.
  • Follow up with attorney interviewers to ensure their completion of interview feedback in the legal recruitment software program.
  • Identify unique summer event opportunities for presentation and approval by the CHRO and the Recruiting Committee.
  • Organize and prepare substantive feedback materials for Recruiting Committee consideration at mid-summer review and end-of-summer offer process.
  • Coordinate with CHRO to ensure associates are meeting their experience-based competency expectations.
  • Coordinating professional development opportunities for professional staff employees.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Legal Recruitment Coordinator include:
  • Two to five years of recruiting and professional development experience in a professional services field; strong preference for law firm experience, particularly in the Delaware legal market
  • Experience with cloud-based recruiting software
  • Demonstrated experience in event coordination
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented; excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities with the utmost professionalism
  • Willingness and ability to work non-traditional hours, particularly during the summer associate program
  • Degree in relevant field preferred, but equivalent experience considered
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
