Talent Acquisition Specialist (Part-Time Temp)



Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client, a leading healthcare organization in Philadelphia, PA! As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting duties including job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, creating offer letters, and onboarding new hires. This is a remote, part-time, temporary opportunity starting at $22/hour, depending on experience! 
 
Responsibilities of the TA Specialist include:
 

• Maintains all open job postings on the company's website and various job boards, including LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Glassdoor. 
• Creates engaging job postings and messaging to potential candidates. 
• Conducts initial phone screens with candidates to assess experience, skills, and abilities; determines if candidates have the necessary qualifications to move onto the next stage of the hiring process. 
• Schedules interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers. 
• Follows up with candidates regarding their status in the hiring process. 
• Presents offers to candidates, including verbal and written communication and creation of offer letters. 
• Facilitates the onboarding process with new hires including completion of company paperwork, background checks and drug screens, and I-9 forms. 

Requirements:
 

• HS Diploma or GED required; additional higher education preferred
• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work remotely and on a part-time basis (approximately 28 hours per week)
