Accounting Posting Specialist (Hybrid)

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an accounting professional to join our client for a hybrid role in Jacksonville, FL! The Accounting Posting Specialist is primarily responsible for maintaining ensuring timely and accurate posting of all accounting transactions. This temporary-to-permanent position is offering $20-23/HR based on experience! 

Responsibilities of the Accounting Posting Specialist include:

• Ensure accurate and timely standard is carried out by posting of deals daily while auditing the deal to ensure all required paperwork, contracts, and titles etc are accurate
• Ensure compliance with all accounting principles, standards and regulations 
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders 
• Post tag & title payments for assigned locations timely
• Process and reconcile trade payoffs and direct purchases
• Assist with the preparation of reports for management as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Accounting Posting Specialist include:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role 
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software 
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion 
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
