Senior Inventory Analyst 
 
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is looking for a Senior Inventory Analyst to join our client in Audubon, PA! The Senior Inventory Analyst is primarily responsible for analyzing and managing inventory levels across the organization. This Direct-Hire opportunity is offering $75,000-$90,000/year based on experience! 
 
Responsibilities of the Senior Inventory Analyst include:
 

• Analyze and manage inventory levels across the organization
• Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment
• Develop and maintain inventory forecasts and demand plans
• Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure inventory levels are aligned with business needs
• Conduct regular inventory audits and implement measures to improve accuracy
• Analyze inventory data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies and reduce costs

Qualifications of the Senior Inventory Analyst include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience with GL
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
• Cost variance, Standard Cost, Variant Analysis
• Standard Cost skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
