Seeking multiple job-seekers to join our Client for the remote Claims Specialist position. As the Claims Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for assisting with assigning loans to HUD for serviced portfolios. This temporary position offers $23/ HR!

Responsibilities of the Claims Specialist include:

Researching to gather required documents

Reviewing completed claims packages for completeness and accuracy in accordance with HUD guidelines

Submitting claims packages to HUD
-
Monitoring HUD for package approvals
-
Filing claims to HUD
-
Entering data into core systems
-
Other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Claims Specialist include:
-
High School Diploma
-
Mortgage experience a plus.

Servicing experience
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Excel required

Well organized, paying close attention to detail
