The Account Manager is primarily responsible for implementation of new clients, as well as ongoing management of existing clients. This Direct-Hire opportunity is offering $20/HR!

Responsibilities of the Account Manager include:

Work with a team of professionals to complete Affordable Care Act reporting for assigned national customers

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and brokers

Develop and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

Maintain accurate client records and track contract updates
-
Liaise between the client and internal business partners
-
Provides product and expert ACA compliance knowledge and support
-
Perform regulatory audits and year-round maintenance
-
Coordinates ACA process to ensure compliance with the Affordable Care Act reporting and IRS filing
-
Regularly work 40+ hour weeks as workload requires

Additional duties as requested by management
Qualifications of the Account Manager include:

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Customer service/administrative experience required

Excellent communication skills both verbal and nonverbal

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Ability to negotiate and proven experience in negotiation
