Responsibilities of the Filing Specialist include:

Responsible for supporting our Commercial division.

Maintain collateral files associated with Commercial loans.

Receiving and accurately scanning loan files post-closing as well as uploading files into online filing applications
-
Respond to file requests which may include delivering of the physical file to onsite Associates or research of files
-
Delivering requests electronically

Contribute to the accurate filing of loans, movement of files, and pulling and shipping of loan files as required.
Qualifications of the Filing Specialist include:

College degree or equivalent experience in banking is required.

Experience in Commercial Loan Banking preferred.

Must have working knowledge of legal documents as it pertains to loans.

Must have the proven ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically with internal Associates.

Must have the ability to research and resolve problems quickly.
-
Must be able to make decisions and recommendations within their level of authority.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-
Excellent organizational skills.
-
FIS Image Center, Excel, and nCino experience preferred.

Provide analysis and recommendations for improvement and efficiencies.
