Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Renewal Specialist to join our client for a Hybrid/Remote opportunity (can be hybrid in Austin, TX or Waltham, MA)! The Renewal Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting Renewal Managers in the maintenance and license subscription renewal process. This Contract-to-Possible Hire opportunity is offering $40/HR! 

Responsibilities of the Renewal Specialist include:
  • Help the team exceed their booking quota goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Support a team of Renewals Managers who manage all aspects of the perpetual maintenance and license subscription renewal process
  • Manage and coordinate communications for our customer email distribution lists
  • Provide coverage for peers across all geographies, including someone located in the UK
  • Provide timely proposals and quotes in line with terms of customer and/or partner agreements
  • Be the main point of contact for a select group of Partners to assist with Order Processing
  • Convey the value proposition for the client’s product subscriptions, technical support, and services to all levels of the customer’s organization
  • Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant information using Salesforce.com
  • Accurately forecast renewal pricing, timing, and risks
  • Work collaboratively with internal resources such as Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal to get all orders booked per company guidelines

Qualifications of the Renewal Specialist include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years in purchasing, operations, or selling technology solutions
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding booking targets
  • Comfort managing and negotiating a large volume of renewals
  • Ability to tactfully close deals with a high degree of integrity and independence
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Effective presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Dynamic, high-energy, and is a self-starter
  • Possess the drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company
  • A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, and creativity
