Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Warranty Claims Analyst to join our client in Camden, NJ! The Warranty Claims Analyst is primarily responsible for data entry and creating standard monthly reports. This contract opportunity is offering $17-$18/HR!

Perform data entry functions (taking information from email and other materials, reviewing and entering into our CRM system)

Pull data from CRM system each morning for daily email to team and/or supervisors.

Create standard monthly reports (following existing instructions) by pulling data from two internal systems, loading into excel and using the data to create tables and charts and to compare the data to previous reports to confirm accuracy.

Monitor the group mailbox and disseminate incoming materials to the correct

individuals on the team

Create letters, using a standard word template, and have checks processed through accounting for reimbursements

Complete other similar tasks as necessary
Qualifications of the Warranty Claims Analyst include:

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Data entry experience
-
Proficient in Word and Excel
-
Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
