Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Conshohocken, PA! The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the activities of the recruitment function for the US & Canada. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will ensure a smooth pre-employment and onboarding process for new hires. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $24-$25/HR!
Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator include:

Manage the pre-employment check process for new hires, to include: initiate and monitor pre-employment checks through our vendor; proactively identify potential issues that may delay start date; flag discrepancies and broker resolution between candidate, HRBP and TA Manager; update candidate, hiring manager, HRBP and recruiter once cleared.

Monitor new hire onboarding process in ADP to ensure new hire paperwork is completed on time. Assist new hires with questions or technical issues.

Administer the I-9 eVerify process to ensure compliance and train new users.

Schedule interviews for positions at the Professional I level and above, which may include travel arrangements..

Place job advertisements online.

Audit job postings and QH Careers site for accuracy.

Coordinate registration, logistics, and materials for recruiting events.

Update weekly Employee Change/New Hire/Terms/Temps report in partnership with HRIS.
Qualifications of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator include:

Must have 1-3 years of experience as a TA Coordinator

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with human resources practices, policies, and employment laws is essential. This includes an understanding of equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations, diversity and inclusion principles, and ethical hiring practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
