Contemporary Staffing Solutions is actively seeking multiple Call Center Specialists to join our client's team in Auburn Hills, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing an exceptional member experience by engaging with members primarily via phone to assess their financial situations and offer product or service recommendations. Success in this position hinges on sound judgment, professionalism, integrity, accuracy, and efficiency in assisting members. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to promote credit union products and services, aligning them with member needs. This is a Direct-Hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $18.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately process member transactions during telephone interactions while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Educate customers on Credit Union software and services, providing technical support when necessary.
- Interact with members in a friendly, professional manner, in line with the Credit Union's mission statement.
- Follow established procedures to verify member identities correctly.
- Demonstrate adaptability and maintain a positive attitude when handling complex situations.
- Process Wire Transfers with a sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail, adhering to Credit Union procedures to safeguard members and the Credit Union from potential losses.
- Analyze, investigate, and resolve member concerns and discrepancies.
- Utilize knowledge, judgment, and Credit Union procedures to protect both members and the Credit Union from potential loss.
- Participate in Credit Union initiatives, promotions, and work towards achieving assigned goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying cross-selling opportunities, explaining and promoting Credit Union products and services, making referrals, and striving to meet individual goals through telephone interactions.
- Address member questions, concerns, and problem-solving through telephone, eMessage Center, and fax regarding Credit Union services.
- Apply sales skills, including effective listening, identifying needs, building and deepening member relationships, and responding to verbal and non-verbal cues.
- Present solutions by highlighting the benefits of products and establishing follow-up methods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
