Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our client in the home design industry. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for providing office support for the customer service team. This is a remote, temporary opportunity offering $19/hour!
Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk include:

Enter data into the company's database; manage and maintain effective recordkeeping.

Support the customer service department workflow by entering customer orders in an accurate and timely manner.

Communicate with the inside sales team regarding any discrepancies between purchase order and system information (i.e., address, pricing, etc.)
Requirements of the Data Entry Clerk:

1-3 years of customer service experience

Additional data entry experience a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV System a plus

Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task
