Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise and timely reviews of estimates and documentation using cutting-edge technology platforms such as XactAnalysis, Symbility, CMS (NextGear product), and other estimating/claim management tools.
- Uphold the highest standards of accuracy, subject to internal reinspection evaluations.
- Ensure timeliness by following automated reporting schedules between documented events.
- Review estimates and documentation for mitigation assignments, encompassing tasks like water, mold, tarping, board-up, and other emergency services.
- Leverage your knowledge of industry standards, carrier guidelines, and best practices to exceed carrier service level agreements.
- Engage in direct communication with franchisees and insurance carriers to guarantee compliance with requirements.
- Manage communication effectively through various channels, including phone calls, claim management system notes, email, MS Teams, and other relevant applications.
- Provide coaching and guidance to franchise partners to enhance their estimating and documentation performance.
- Identify and communicate trends to Team Managers, Account Managers, and Regional Business Consultants.
- Offer assistance to franchises regarding estimating requirements and claim expectations, aligning them with carrier guidelines.
- Support technical claim inquiries across estimating/claim management platforms.
- Contribute to improving scorecard performance and job acquisition for the franchise network and carrier partners.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in insurance claims or a related area.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in document review or a similar analytical role.
- Proficient in using a laptop and related accessories.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Forms, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- In-depth understanding of the insurance industry, including mitigation, contents, and reconstruction concepts and terminology.
- Strong assertive and professional communication skills, adaptable to various contexts (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in utilizing technology applications and creating new documents.
- Independent problem-solving ability, conflict resolution skills, and effective prioritization.
- Familiarity with estimating platforms such as Xactware Products, Symbility, and other estimating software.
- Familiarity with estimating principles within the insurance industry.
