Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our client in Florence, New Jersey! The Call Center Representative is primarily responsible for handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, takes orders, answers questions and addresses any concerns of the customer. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity is offering $17-$18/HR!
Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative include:

Manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to queries and concerns.

Process customer orders; verify for accuracy and completeness.

Identify customer needs, clarify and research every issue providing positive resolutions.

Make recommendations for additional products and services.

Ensure customers feel valued and supported.

De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
Requirements of the Call Center Representative include:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support/data entry role

High School Diploma or equivalent

Exceptional customer service skills to maintain relationships with customers and co-workers

Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and Excel abilities

Adept listening skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong understanding of company products

Problem-solving ability

Ability to upsell products
