Contemporary Staffing Solutions is actively seeking an HR Generalist to join our client's team in Wilmington, DE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various aspects of human resources, including administrative functions related to recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and performance appraisals. This temporary opportunity offers an hourly wage ranging from $28 to $35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, helping to identify and attract top talent.
• Manage employee onboarding and contribute to the organization of training and development initiatives.
• Provide valuable support to employees regarding HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and resolve any arising issues.
• Coordinate and facilitate annual employee performance reviews.
• Maintain organized employee files and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Contribute to payroll processing as part of the HR team.
• Collect and analyze data to generate useful HR metrics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all personnel-related employee matters, offering guidance and support to associates.
• Efficiently handle benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in HR administration or HR assistant roles is required.
• Prior experience in a law firm setting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and analytical capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now.
