Responsibilities of the Cash Applications Specialist include:

- Applies cash received to appropriate accounts.
- Researches unidentified funds and applies to correct accounts
- Researches and resolves aged obligations
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements of the Cash Applications Specialist include:

Practical/Technical Knowledge, Planning, Organizing and Managerial Knowledge; and Communicating & Influencing Skills.

Associates degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.

Knowledge of Accounting System Software

Must be able to navigate banking websites.

Accounts Receivable or Cash Application experience

Must have moderate understanding of accounting principles.
