Responsibilities of the Account Coordinator include:

Developing new and existing business by working directly with assigned accounts/clients to successfully operate and process client orders, from inception to completion.

Manage client correspondence, record keeping, inventory, billing, and vendor communications.

Work directly with Account Executive to ensure that merchandise and services consistently meet client needs and expectations.
Requirements of the Account Coordinator include:

Associates Degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration or 3-5+ years working in an office setting.

3-5 years of advertising specialty industry experience required.

Excellent project management and organizational skills required.

Superior customer service and interpersonal skills necessary.

Experience in accounting with pricing and profit margins, as well as general office procedures.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with ASI and ESP (not mandatory)

Creative self-starter with a positive attitude that works well with vendors and clients.

Capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
-
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
