Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Wayne, PA! This Contract opportunity is offering $21/HR!

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Utilize Excel-based tools to process location and value data for input into the rating system.
  • Input application data into the rating system.
  • Communicate effectively via phone and email with both internal and external customers.
  • Review and handle written customer requests.
  • Qualify accounts in accordance with the client's guidelines.
  • Research property locations for previous coverage and losses using the client's systems.
  • Utilize the internet for account research, assign occupancies to locations, calculate total insured values, and enter quotes into the the client's quoting and rating system.
  • Order risk assessments as necessary, issue bound new business, and collect information for monthly exception accounts.
  • Collaborate with brokers/agencies, customers, and internal departments.
  • Quote accounts within authorized limits by assessing exposures, experience ratings, and adjusting account details, rates, and pricing.
  • Participate in special projects as required.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 
  • Proven call center or customer service experience. Experience handling high volume inbound/outbound calls is preferred. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should be able to communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary, including proficiency in using email, web browsers, and data entry software. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.
