We are in search of an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our client for a remote opportunity (must be in Pennsylvania)! In this position, you will play a pivotal role in devising and executing marketing campaigns that harness the satisfaction of our customers to boost brand visibility, lead generation, and overall business expansion. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft customer case studies, administer feedback surveys, nurture customer references, and oversee our reference program. This Contract opportunity is offering $51.66/HR!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Success Stories: Partner with Product teams, Sales, and customers to craft compelling case studies showcasing the achievements of our customers. You'll oversee the entire case study creation process, from concept to publication, working alongside internal content and creative resources.
  • Customer Feedback Surveys: Develop and execute customer satisfaction and feedback surveys to collect valuable insights. Analyze survey data and offer actionable recommendations to enhance our products and services.
  • Reference Program Management: In close coordination with our Sales team, manage the growth of our customer reference program. Identify and cultivate customer relationships to create a pool of references readily available for sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Gathering References: Actively engage with satisfied customers to secure endorsements, testimonials, and references for various marketing materials, including websites, sales collateral, and press releases.
  • Advocacy Campaigns: Create and implement customer advocacy campaigns that highlight customer success stories across various channels, including webinars, blog posts, social media, and email marketing.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Customer Success, and other departments to align customer advocacy efforts with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Keep a watchful eye on the efficacy of customer advocacy initiatives, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, project management, or customer advocacy roles.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, customer survey tools, and project management tools.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to extract insights from data.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
