Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Wilmington, DE! Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized and seamless customer service via phone, email, or chat.

Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.

Show empathy during first notice of loss interactions and ensure proper resolution.

Act as the primary point of contact for agents, resolving queries.

Process individual policy requests submitted by agents via various channels.

Assist agents in answering policy inquiries and managing servicing needs.

Collaborate with agents to finalize quotes and convert them into policies, contributing to organizational growth.

Assist agents with technical issues, including access and password-related matters.

Provide real-time training on the Customer Portal and Customer Mobile App.

Empower agents to confidently assist customers by enhancing their system proficiency.
Qualifications:

1-3+ years of prior customer service experience, with a preference for high-volume support environments.

Proven ability to thrive in a high-performing customer service team, particularly within a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.

Exceptional empathy and a deep understanding of both insured customers and agents.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various situations.

Cool under pressure, with excellent organizational skills, integrity, and follow-through.
