Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Wilmington, DE! We're on the lookout for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the insurance industry. This Contract opportunity is offering $21-$23/HR!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized and seamless customer service via phone, email, or chat.
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Show empathy during first notice of loss interactions and ensure proper resolution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for agents, resolving queries.
  • Process individual policy requests submitted by agents via various channels.
  • Assist agents in answering policy inquiries and managing servicing needs.
  • Collaborate with agents to finalize quotes and convert them into policies, contributing to organizational growth.
  • Assist agents with technical issues, including access and password-related matters.
  • Provide real-time training on the Customer Portal and Customer Mobile App.
  • Empower agents to confidently assist customers by enhancing their system proficiency.

Qualifications:
  • 1-3+ years of prior customer service experience, with a preference for high-volume support environments.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-performing customer service team, particularly within a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
  • Exceptional empathy and a deep understanding of both insured customers and agents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various situations.
  • Cool under pressure, with excellent organizational skills, integrity, and follow-through.
  • A willingness to challenge norms while collaborating effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • A strong sense of accountability, coupled with an enthusiastic and adventurous spirit.
  • Inherent curiosity and a passion for innovation.
  • Proficiency with the necessary technology.
  • Ability to work the following: M-F 10am-3pm (about 25 hours per week). Hybrid-Onsite M, W, F and at home T, TH.
