Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking multiple Coordinators to join our client in Mount Laurel, NJ! This is an administrative role that is primarily responsible for handling phone calls from automotive shops, inquiring about updates, and recording all information in the client's systems. This Contract opportunity is offering $20/HR!

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Utilize reporting tools to identify vehicles undergoing repairs at external vendors that require investigation and follow-up regarding any delays in the repair process.
  • Communicate with repair vendors to gather the most up-to-date information on ongoing repairs, including potential issues like parts shortages and engineering challenges.
  • Engage in constructive discussions with vendors to understand the reasons behind any repair delays and offer potential solutions for timely resolution. Escalate issues to the management of the repair facilities as necessary.
  • Leverage various resources, including manufacturer representatives, dealer support networks, and other relevant sources, to facilitate the swift resolution of repair-related concerns.
  • Thoroughly document all pertinent information within the system regarding follow-up actions and details.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Truck Account Administrators, TAA Supervisors, and upper management as required.
  • Fulfill any additional responsibilities and participate in special projects as assigned.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, such as logistics coordination, vehicle maintenance, or customer service.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry or fleet management may be advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with repair vendors, internal teams, and external contacts.
  • Proficiency in using reporting tools and data analysis to identify vehicles in need of investigation and to track repair progress.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to offer effective solutions and escalate problems when necessary.
  • Strong customer service skills to liaise with repair vendors, manufacturer representatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize follow-up activities effectively.
