Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Workforce Analyst to join our client in Philadelphia, PA! As a Workforce Analyst, you will play a critical role in the installation and maintenance of our benefit platform for new clients. This position offers a unique blend of remote work flexibility with occasional onsite meetings and business-related needs. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity is offering $23.33-$26.67/HR!

Responsibilities:
  • Client Installation Support: Assist in the installation process of new clients onto our benefit platform, ensuring that customer requirements are thoroughly understood and met.
  • Documentation and Issue Management: Document issues or tasks related to client implementations and work closely with the Client Implementation Analyst and Sales teams to ensure that customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Benefits Administration Setup: Set up groups within the group and benefits administration systems, covering various benefits such as medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision. Collaborate with Sales or Brokers to comprehensively understand the client's benefits purchase and execute the setup accordingly.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with Sales, Brokers, and internal teams such as Underwriting, Marketing, Enrollment, Customer Service, and others involved in the implementation process. Develop and nurture strong business relationships with these internal customers.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively research and troubleshoot any issues related to group setup or benefits, ensuring timely and accurate resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: As part of a dynamic team, be prepared to perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of our clients and the company.

Requirements:
  • Junior Business Analyst Experience: Previous experience in a Junior Business Analyst role or similar is preferred.
  • Remote and Onsite Work: Ability to work remotely for the majority of tasks, with flexibility to attend onsite meetings and address business needs as required.
  • Local Candidate: Must be a local candidate based in the Philadelphia, PA area.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
