Drafting Contracts and Agreements: Using MS Word and Adobe PDF editor, you will be responsible for drafting contracts and agreements for our fixed funded clients based on provided templates. This will involve reviewing proposals and onboarding documents to gather necessary data for contract creation. Timely completion of contracts is crucial to meet internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Processing Onboarding Agreements and Forms: You will process onboarding agreements and forms, ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate. Collaboration with Client Implementation and Account Management teams will be necessary to obtain any missing or incorrect documentation. Keeping meticulous records of the progress for each client is essential to meet internal SLAs.

Managing Documentation for PHI Access: You will ensure that the appropriate agreements and documentation are received to add contacts to an Excel file, enabling requests and receipt of Protected Health Information (PHI).

Attending Internal Meetings: You will actively participate in meetings with internal business partners, providing updates on the status of agreements, contracts, and forms for each client.
