Responsibilities of the AP Specialist include:
- Receive, review, and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain positive vendor relationships, handle inquiries, and negotiate payment terms.
- Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records, tracking invoices and payments.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls, including tax compliance.
Requirements of the AP Specialist include:
- 1-2 years of AP experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial processes.
