Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our client in Debary, FL for a REMOTE opportunity! The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is primarily responsible for the design and coordination of various advertising/marketing/communications projects, events and other administrative tasks required for the effective operation of the team. This CONTRACT opportunity is offering $18-30/HR!
Responsibilities of the Marketing & Communications Coordinator include:
Assists with developing and maintaining project tracking spreadsheets
Ensures timely delivery of requests, coordinating with SMEs and other team members on design and implementation.
Completes daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
Assists department managers in the coordination of marketing events, traditional or digital marketing campaigns, social media advertising, communications bulletins or any other marketing/communications related needs.
Coordinates requests for and delivery of promotional items for all marketing and sales department needs
Requirements of the Marketing & Communications Coordinator include:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot is preferred.
